Property, plant, and equipment consist of the following as of June 30,

Office equipment at cost	$	14,968	$	14,513
Less: Accumulated depreciation		(14,968)		(13,975)

Total property, plant, and equipment	$	-	$	538

Depreciation expense for the years ended June 30, 2014 and 2013 were $538 and $4,062, respectively.
